i did eventually get my claims settled, but it was exhausting being constantly subjected to owners political and religious beliefs, this is not something i signed up for and i would not recommend them due to this.
Chelsea Corbitt is super helpful and you can tell she loves her job! She is great with all of her customers and is very passionate about what she does! She gives 100 percent everyday!
I called in a couple weeks ago and had a lot of questions about the services that are offered and Mary did a great job helping me. She answered all my questions and even had to research a topic and call me back. I was completely satisfied with the customer care and the fact they took the time to find the answer and call me back.
Great group of people! Hard workers, great customer service. Donna Visco has help us so much in understanding and getting through this.
I have worked with Noble in the past, they are very helpful in recovering the funds needed to complete the build back after destruction occurs. Susan is extremely knowledgeable in the process of recovery and very helpful with all the paperwork.
I don't normally leave reviews, but when the site manager posted a video on Facebook bragging about the company's online reviews compared with a local insurance agent, I had enough. The communication with this company is unbelievably poor unless you post online, and then you will get attention right away.
