Took my 2 month old in today because she’s having mouth pain, cries when starting to yawn, has trouble finishing bottle and is all around fussy. I don’t think not yawning is cause for concern but she cries in pain and gags. She’s a very happy baby most of the time. Anyway, I had made her a bottle to help soothe her hoping she would be able to drink it. Took Mom to ER for a cut finger. She was taken right back and we were stitched up and gone within an hour. Very good care.
Get reed of Dr. Dudley and get some competent Doctors in there that will do their job and up hold there oath. Today makes the 3rd family member I have had at Audrain's ER and he was the attending, And all 3 he sent home with what he diagnosed as something minor and it turned out to be something major because he would not do any test other then blood work, and I mean nothing not even a hands on physical exam
I recently came in for an MRI; very nervous because I've always been clastropic but the nurse eased my fear & even helped me with my shoes & getting on the table, as I was in a lot of pain. It really meant a lot to me to have someone show such great care & compassion, hard to find nowadays. Thank you so much!! Incidentally, I came back to ER in May in alot of sciatica pain & they gave me meds asap! ER nurses & Dr were very kind & sympathetic & was the only time the pain left me! Thank you so much for the great care here!!
Last night I had exceptional care by the ER staff. Dr. Brillhart was wonderful and nurse Bekah took great care of me. I appreciate them listening and getting down to the bottom of the issue. I had IV fluids, a CT scan, and was home four hours later and I live 30 minutes from the hospital. They were fast & efficient! Thank you, SSM-Audrain.
I would like to thank the doctors and the rest of the staff on the labor and delivery floor. I gave birth to my first child on October 24th, he was born two weeks early and his arrival came as a big surprise that day. Everyone that my husband and I had contact with went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well informed on what was going on. I honestly don’t think my son or I would have received better care any where else. I’m sincerely glad I chose SSM-Audrain. I will definitely recommend them in the future... read more
Despite the circumstances, my experience at this hospital was incredible this weekend. Kayla was my nurse in the ER. I was brought in immediately and she was upfront and honest from the get go when she put the IV in and honestly no one has done a better job than her. She was excellent at checking in on my pain and helping alleviate it quickly throughout my time there. I really appreciate her, especially answering any questions we had and making me feel at ease.
