I had a great experience at Baystate Convenient Care and am so thankful for the care I received. I came in feeling pretty awful, and from check-in to treatment, the entire staff was professional, efficient, and kind. I especially want to thank Dr. Duffy, who took the time to really listen to my symptoms, explain everything clearly, and made sure I got the right medication. Took my son, walked in at 6pm and they close at 7pm. There's 2 people there and they tell me they are at capacity. Last time I went. There was like 2 or 3 people. They gave me a room and had me waiting almost 2 hours. They are terrible go to West Springfield or anywhere else!
This is the worst place for urgent care
My family and I use this urgent care in Westfield and always receive the best care. They have a wonderful staff who show compassion and professionalism at every angle. We’ve never had a long wait either. Just make sure you call in the morning to make an appointment that day.
