I love Noble! It's a cosmopolitan space in a small town! And they have great coffee!!!

Great coffee, nice venue in Ashland. And if you are passing through Redding, there's a cafe called Brew that uses their beans, too.
A very nice, laid back, coffee house with the most considerate people one could ever find. It has become our new 'place to go' whenever we visit Ashland, Oregon. I recommend it to everyone!
