Always a great retreat! Staff and amenities are very accommodating..love my treatment!
everything was delightful -- except for the doorman. the staff: knowledgeable, accommodating, and caring. I've never felt more relaxed, refreshed, and recuperated while at this spa; the transformation package was absolutely transformative. unfortunately, that was all nearly ruined by the hotel's doorman/valet. give the place a go; just try to avoid any personnel not associated with the spa. they can be #ruiners. p.s. make sure you are specific/explicit about the type of massage you want.
