Typical doctors office. I called 3 days ago and asked for a cleaning. I did not want xrays. When I get in to the office, they refuse to do the cleaning without xrays. I explain I have never had a cavity and am 40 years old. I do not wish to subject myself to unnecessary xrays. This is why our healthcare system is broken. Doctors think they can tack on extra xrays and procedures because its covered and they make more.Its called a bait and switch.

Dentist Fink told me I had 8 cavities and needed root canal. I did not understand this as I really had been to my old dentist less than two years before this visit. Then when I went back up north I saw my old dentist and he showed me the xray and said my teeth were all fine. I am scared to think what would have happened if I was not so careful as I was.
Staff didnt have time to listen to my concerns as a new patient when i called them.They told me they were very busy and had talked to me 15 minutes which they thought was enuff for someone who is afraid of dentist.Called them back to talk to the manager and she also didnt have time to talk and sat there and told me she her are conversation but from only her side not mine.If they were the last dentist on earth I wouldnt give them the time of day xcause this is how they made me feel.

Nob Hill Dental Center is amazing ! The entire staff is so professional and caring. I feel so confident when I visit with Dr. Finnk, I know I am good hands. I would recommend Nob Hill Dental Center to everyone !
