They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures that my children don't need, and they always have my kid's best interest in mind. Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

They are wonderful and I would highly recomment them to anyone. They are great with both of my kids (5 year old who does not like the dentist) and the 2 year old who has special needs. They were very gentle and kind with both of my children and with myself in answering all of my questions. I would highly recomment them to anyone looking for a dentist for their child.

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Was this dentist's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

HORRIBLE Experience!!! We made an appointment TODAY for our 2year old son to get a cavity filled in November (keep in mind that it is August right now.) They called a couple hours later and left a message saying that they were canceling our appointment because I mentioned I was going to call around to see if any other children’s dentistry would allow us to go back with him while he is getting his cavity filled. Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
