Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? made the earliest appointment possible and still waited 15 min. to be seen. doctor's assistant was nice, however doctor himself did not introduce himself or speak at all unless I asked a question. Staff could have been nicer - i need the school form completed. not coming back.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. Will be returning
