I would never take an animal here again. NEVER, you lied about how sick my dog was and he died. What happened to do no harm...you did plenty of harm. This is by far not a hospital and you should close your doors for good. The woman at the front desk is a heartless bitch as well as rude as rude can be. The vet lied and doesn't seem to know the correct treatments for sick animals, if you care about your pet stay away from here!!!
We took two kittens to get fixed and de-clawed and the one is infected and has a 104 degree fever. We are now getting the second cat checked as a precaution. We originally were not going to report the poor services from the staff as it was only one office worker but they were rude as well. The doctors seemed okay but the office staff is not. I do not recommend them for procedures.
The other day I had to put my 18 year feline son down... I been using Dr Ronis for 20 plus years. Her and the staff helped me thru this most difficult visit. Thru tears and hugs my Whiskers went peacefully... Thank you for your support and being there for me. Sincerely, Grace
