I have been going to Noah's Ark for many years with my children and they love Dr. Lee. She is so loving and kind to my children. She takes her time to listen which I love and I never felt rush. The staff in the front are amazing they are very nice and respectful. Never had any problems!

Been using them for 15 1/2 years
I have always felt welcome at Noah's Ark. The staff and providers have always been very friendly and take the time to answer my questions or concerns. I have met the Office Manager (Karin) and she was very polite and professional. I've always had a great experience.
Talked with Karen the office manage regarding an issues I had. She was amazing at helping to get it resolved and her communication was great!
I’m ALWAYS put on hold, many times they don’t come back on the line. They take an unreasonable amount of time (2+ weeks) to forward medical documents they promised would only take 48-72 hours. I will NEVER again recommend this practice to anyone. Extremely disappointed!

Fairly Concerned. Usually pretty good but today my husband took our daughter in today for a follow up. He signed in five minutes early, but they forgot about them, and when he asked them about it 45 minutes past the appt time they lied and said he signed in a half hour after he did, making him late. He insisted they check the sheets, which proved him right, that he was early. They wound getting my kid in, but lying about when he signed in? Really?
