Gross food! The “salsa” was tomatoes in tomato juice. The “queso” was velveta cheese with rotel chilies in it. The “queso” solidified in the bowl, to the point I flipped it upside down on the table and not a drop leaked from the bowl. In fact, it didn’t even move at all. The side rice was teeny. Maybe a tablespoon, tablespoon and a half of rice and beans.
I’m super disappointed by the LACK of following of TN’s COVID regulations being broken in this restaurant. No temperature check upon entry. Close proximity seating to other guests. Waitress without a mask who leans by my face to speak to me. Also, yells across our table to another staff member with our food on the table. I know that maybe Pigeon Forge has not been hit hard by the virus, but good God, this is how that stuff spreads. With last week being Rod Run and many tourists, who knows what is expected after this. Have eaten here on several occasions and enjoyed it...tonight not so much. Waitress had a poor attitude from the first time she visited our table. Rolled her eyes and told me that it would be difficult to not put jalapeños on my nachos 🤷🏻♀️ I asked for 2 new forks because two of ours had dried food on them and she came back and plunked down 10 utensils and walked off.
