Terrible service! The outrageous burrito was amazing but trying to enjoy a family vacation was impossible!

As a vegetarian, I was excited to try the Caribbean veggie fajitas. What I was served was a microwaved bag of frozen vegetables served on a skillet. Even The manager admitted it was just microwaved food. My wife ordered the shrimp fajitas. She was given a returned plate of toppings ( lettuce, pico). All the portions were undersized and overpriced. Also, the online menu shows cheaper prices than you actually pay at the restaurant. Overall very disappointed and will never eat here again
I wish I could give this so call Mexican restaurant a “0” star. Upon arrival, the parking areas were dark. I told the host that we had 5 people. After 30 minutes of waiting, we were “yelled” for. No system in place with pager or even cell # callback or texting. We didn’t want to wait in the rain, so we chanced it by waiting in the car and going to the outside waiting area in 25 minutes. Food was GREAT!!! Server was amazing and friendly. His name was Jordan Meyers. I am very disappointed to see such discrimination that he had to wear long sleeves under his short sleeve and black rubber gloves on his hands...... why u ask? All because of Tattoos. I am a nurse and don't have to cover my tattoos. This is 2020, stop the discrimination and let everyone be themselves. We do eat here every year when on vacation. Show those Tats, Jordan
Good food and atmosphere! Service was great however they were slow serving us!
I was served rancid chicken in my Taco Salad and they still charged me $15 for queso & 2 drinks. My Aunts rice was also gross, smelled like rotten garbage and the manager argued that it the “seasoning” they used. She was charged $10 for a queso and a drink. Very frustrating and unprofessional. He agreed that my chicken was rancid. Yet still charged us for food we couldn’t even eat. I wouldn’t waste my time or money at this place. The music is also so loud it will blow your ear drums.
Great food great people great atmosphere
People who came in after us got their food first. My Daughter sent her food back twice because it wasn’t right. And the manager named Lauren was very rude. Will never go back!
