Disclaimer: I did not hire him directly. He was hired by someone else to install a fireproof door from the kitchen to the garage before my family and I purchased our current home. We were informed that he had to enlarge the frame because the door that was bought didn’t fit—no big deal. I was happy with first bathroom flooring, toilet & vanity install. So months later second bathroom and also paid him to dry set a shelf in kitchen, did not find studs which were less than an inch away, nor did he drill holes for the plastic expanders to screw the shelving securely to wall. My friends had to help me do this correctly. It's like 90% is done well, 10% is not.

Also paid him to dry set a shelf in kitchen, did not find studs which were less than an inch away, nor did he drill holes for the plastic expanders to screw the shelving securely to wall. So it's like 90% is done well, 10% is not.
