Their dx equipment is state of the art, their dental work is solid, their people are friendly...but they didn't hear one of my concerns that I was clear about. Overall, a very good office.
Exceptional office, staff & experience
Dr. Ducommon came in on his day off to fix a broken tooth for me. What more can I say?
Every person who worked with me was very accommodating, and they all obviously care about their patients. They want you to be comfortable during procedures as well as informed about and satisfied with what they are doing to improve your dental health.
The entire staff is so warm & friendly! I'm not someone who's afraid of the dentist, but I actually *enjoy* going to Madison No-Fear Dentistry. My waits in the waiting room are usually really short (barely time to check email on my phone!), the staff is always warm & friendly -- I don't know if they are that way naturally or they go to some kind of happiness training or what, but it's awesome! Loved everything about the people at this office and the technology used is A++++! I know I am in good hands here and have never seen anything as good as what they offer!
Technically very good, personably very good. The office is comfortable and welcoming. Steve & Dr. D are communicate in a way that is appropriate to my personality and knowledge level. I've been a client for at least a decade and am very happy with the care and service that I receive. Now if only they would provide foot rubs while I'm in the chair... :)
Great office and staff...always understanding with flaws and I've never felt inferior or like I've done something wrong if I don't floss enough, for example.
It is the best dental clinic I've ever been to. The doctors and staff are very friendly and professional. I felt very relaxed with the complimentary warm neck wrap while undergoing dental work-up. The procedures are painfree and the doctor made sure that I was comfortable. They have the most up-to- date technology. The treatment plan is personalized. They just make you feel special!
