It has been a very VERY long time since I walked out of a dentist's office smiling. I am actually looking forward to my next visit even though it's for a crown and a filling! How ridiculously awesome is that?!
In my 40 years of life I have never walked into a dentist office and felt so welcomed. I have an EXTREME fear of dentists and within minutes I relaxed. The office didn't have the usual dental "smell" I have experienced at other dental offices. My visit became very emotional and I felt like Dr. Ducummon and his staff really cared how I felt. I am so excited to begin my dental work to get the smile I have always dreamed of.
At first glance I wasn't sure what the No Fear part of the office was about, whether or not I'd be bungee jumping while getting my teeth worked on...but quickly found out the friendly style/demeanor of Jess my hygienist and Dr. Ducommon himself put any anxiety about "mouth work" to rest. Would I recommend people to MNFD? Absolutely! Madison No Fear is aptly named! I drive 2 hours because I want TOP quality dentistry & that's exactly what I get every time I schedule an appointment! Dr.Ducommun is excellent at communicating with his patients & providing cost effective quality solutions! He always makes me feel as if I'm his favorite patient! We have the highest level of confidence in Dave's operation which makes each visit exceptionally comfortable. He is our guy and we would not consider going anywhere else.
After 10+ years of not going to the dentist, these guys went all out to make me comfortable for the work I needed. They're easy going, friendly people who are great at what they do.
As parents of two little ones, they were very accomodating for our children. The warm cookies after our appointment were a nice touch, too. Very glad we found them.
I'm terrified of dentists and everyone in the office was kind and pleasant and NOT CREEPY. It was amazing!
