Other than discomfort during the x-ray process, had a good experience.
This place is great! By far the best dental experience I have ever had. Well worth looking into!
After leaving a previous dental office angry, it was very satisfying to find a clinic that would not make me feel bad for my dental issues, rather No Fear Dentistry staff showed compassion and professionalism. I intend to continue going to this clinic within the foreseeable future.

I would not consider myself to be someone who raves about a dentist, but I love Madison No Fear Dentistry. The service is above and beyond, and I always leave the office in a better mood than when I arrived - plus cleaner teeth.
The staff were great with our girls and really listened to our concerns. In addition to their commitment to make their patients comfortable; I was really pleased to see their commitment to the environment as well.
My daughter was so comfortable during the visit. It never felt like it was first ever visit to a dentist. Thanks to the AWESOME staff!
This is a wonderful place and I love going here. They treat everyone well and everyone is very kind.
I have never had any dental procedure done and I was anxious beyond belief. The doctor was kind, professional and very caring, as was her staff. The doctor called me at home to check up on me and the staff sent me a thank you card. The only other place that has given me such great service is a spa. Amazing.
