I just had my first dental visit to Madison No Fear Dentistry. I had only been once before to have my 3 year old seen for an injury. They were so good with him that he can't wait to go back!! It didn't hurt that he got some coins for their toy machine, a t-shirt, certificate and light up toothbrush.
