My daughter is 2 and had her first "appointment". They made her feel so comfortable… we've been talking about it for days! What a great experience!
Been going here for about 2 years and they have done a great job serving my dental needs.
Never any fear with No Fear... always courteous, efficient and painless. If only everything was this easy.
I felt very comfortable coming here. I have never experienced such great service and genuine inrerest in me as a person from any medical office. My kids loved their visit as well, which was a first. My son actually said he can't wait to come back. I definitely recommend coming to Madison No Fear Dentistry!!

The waiting room had a nice, clean child's table with toys and books to keep our son busy and calm while we waited. Whatever anxious feelings our three year old might have had while walking back were quickly remedied by the TV just above the dentist's chair being programmed to PBS Kids:) Lana explained what would happen during the appointment to all of us, so there were no surprises. Had a issue with tooth pain, they got me in right away and took care of it. The staff was wonderful!!!
