No Excuses CrossFit has coaches who are dedicated to helping you push your fitness goals. They are as concerned about your form as they are about your attendance! I've visited many other boxes and No Excuses is hands down the best!
Ever tried to make it work at a particular gym or gyms? Maybe you tried to find a PT at one of these gyms and that didn't last long either. Eventually you might get lucky and find a place or someone that keeps you accountable for a certain period time...then you find yourself in the same routine or feel that something is missing.
