No Excuses CrossFit is a great place. Each time our family of 6 enters we are all welcomed. The ability to get childcare, have programs for the kids to learn CrossFit, and a chance for our family to exercise together is great. Our kids love to go to the gym and look forward to seeing and playing with the coaches and their friends. I can't encourage you enough to give it a shot. You and your entire family will find a home. Because of our experience, we now have 3 generations of crossfitters in our family.
