Showed up twice to check out a unit, the second time with an appointment. Both times, management was nowhere to be found. Maybe they were out on lunch the first time, but they completely ghosted an appointment the second time. For 25 minutes. Couldn't reach anyone by phone/text either.
As someone who enjoys their privacy and the quiet, the co-living arrangement has been genuinely insufferable with little to no help from the owners/management.
I was looking for a nice studio in San Fernando Valley and through this property and the apartments amazing but it’s a little bit too far away from my work Laura the leasing agent recommended that we look at Granada Hills apartments . rented a beautiful studio thank you Laura!
They are great managers and very nice people. Have enjoyed my time there.
