They would not listen to my grandsons parents, as they were trying to tell them what was going on. They would not run the test on him to determine the cause. So they had to take him to the ER and they transported him to Memphis, he had the same thing his father did when he was born. They tried on more than one occasion to get them to check for this and they never did!!!
RecommendedPlease pay closer attention to appointment times. I had an 8am appt to see Dr. Palmer March 6. I did not get to see her till 9am. I know she saw other patients that had later appt times before me. I should’ve been the first one to see her. I sat in the lobby for an hour while other people who had appointments after me went on in. The time I spent in waiting in the lobby, I could have seen Dr. Palmer & had left. I had other things to do that day. You all acted like my appt didn’t matter. I do not appreciate it.

called 911 because I fell and thought I dislocated my hip, the ambulance came and the EMT's forced me to sit up after I told them I couldn't. then proceeded to force me to my feet. they then informed me that they would not take me to the ER
