Loved the time with my beautiful baby girl but that place could definitely use a personel overhaul. Some of the most unsmiling , cheerless people I've seen in a long time. Come on people what school that in? That's very unprofessional!! The patients that have to come visit your office are already in enough pain and worried about their families plus their financial problems that these injuries cause. They don't deserve your unprofessionolism to ruin their day!
They billed my wife for a surgery she didn't have. When she called, she was told because she came in with a fracture, looking at it was considered a surgery. Dr. Rainey spent 15 minutes with her. They didn't have to take any x-rays because we already had some with us. 15 minutes with the Dr. and we now have a bill that's over $1000. She didn't need a cast, we left with her wearing the same boot she came in. I can't begin to express how disappointed it makes me to be taken advantage of by this organization.
