I got a gel manicure here on Tuesday for my sister’s out of town wedding that was on Friday. This is what my nails looked like on Friday, just 4 days after getting the manicure. The gel was already peeling off and I had to be maid of honor at my sister’s wedding with chipped nails in all the photos.

My son is getting married and I needed a nice pedicure. I told the tech I did not want my nails cut. I liked them straight and square the way they were. She began cutting my nails anyway. Hard to have her stop since she changed the look. The scrub was aggressive and uncomfortable. She then insisted on putting on my flip flops without letting my nails dry. I said no. Second time here, amazing nails both times- they were vey careful to make sure my nails looked good. I got the royal treatment package this time and it was overall very good. Amazing massage and I added some nail art on a few nails for only $15. My job beats my hands up so the massage and scrub treatment was great. One thing is that they never did give me any champagne or chocolate like the menu says it includes, and there was no elbow cushion during the manicure so the table did hurt my elbows a little. Such a great experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I loved that they provided drinks and snacks—it really added to the experience. I’m very happy with my pedicure and will absolutely be coming back!

You will be treated well only if you accept their choice. If not, you may end up with nails that look completely wrong. I think they only suggest what they are capable of doing, and if you don’t agree, they will do it their own way—and it’s not a nice way. I got the service from a lady wearing a bracelet with the name “Kan,” and she did a poor job on my nails. It was my first time at Njoy, and it will definitely be my last.
