I have been going to Katie for four years and have always been a loyal client. Unfortunately, I recently had to cancel due to emergency surgery. Absolutely fabulous. The owners are great and do a fantastic job. Become a regular and they are casual and will tell you all the fun stories. Definitely recommend

I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years, and I can say with confidence that Katie is one of the best out there. I’ve been going to her for almost 3 years now and she nails the shape every single time. She’s so talented with unique designs and always knows the best products to use. On top of that, she’s super easy to talk to and honestly feels like family at this point. She’s the only person I trust to get my nails right every time!

I don’t appreciate being pressured into something I explicitly declined. Upselling is one thing, but ignoring a customer’s request is just bad service. If I say I want a basic manicure, that should be the end of it—not an opening for upsell tactics. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and frustrating. If you’re looking for a place that listens to what you want and provides it without a hassle, this might not be it.

I was referred, but I did not have a good experience at all. Due to some highway construction I was seven minutes late. I signed in only to be greeted by the owner and she automatically had a frown. We did not hit it off at all. Her demeanor was dry and I had been told she was nice. During my visit, she injured me! No apologies for the injury either. She just attended to the wound, that bled for almost 2 hours afterward. And she still charged me! No salon should be allowed to charge you if they cut you I would not recommend ... read more
