Edit 2 The owner has responded with a comment that is very misleading. They TRIED to charge me for the shellac price, I refused to pay this because I didn't ask for it, and I said I would only pay for what I asked for. No one apologized for the misunderstanding, they only tried to make me feel like an idiot for not knowing that them using the nail light was shellac. When they finally agreed to me only paying for what I asked for, the lady turned the machine to me hastily and angrily, and was shaking her head. This is not an ... read more
