I stumbled upon NJ Home Healthcare (NJHH) at the end of a rather exhausting search to find a home aide for my mom. Thankfully I did! NJHH is staffed with pleasant and client centric personnel. Recently, I had the experience where my mom needs to be transferred using a Hoya lift. I spoke to five different people from the agency and no one ever alerted me that another another person had to be there to help. The aid that they sent did it for three weeks until I said that my mom had to be moved at 1 o’clock and 3 o’clock on A four hour shift.
