Nixtaco is always amazing but out did themselves with their Christmas dinner. We had the prime rib and the directions were spot on and the flavor was incredible. Sides were all tasty especially the fluffy potatoes. Because we are always worried we won’t have enough delicious food on hand, we also ordered the carnitas taco pack, guacamole and chip, 1 lb carne, spicy potatoes, beans/rice and kids fried chicken. After looking for a year, we have finally found our place for fresh Mexican food! Their homemade tortillas are super light, not doughy and flavorless. The ingredients are top notch in flavors as well. Every fresh ingredient complements one another! 🌯🇲🇽🎉
