RecommendedMayor and city council members, you listened to 5 hours of speakers and STILL sat there respectfully and listened to every one. I live in Springfield but seeing how you and the council handled last nights meeting make me want to move to Nixa. You all are so refreshing thank you!!
Quit drinking the kool-aid of the so-called experts. Look up "Herd Immunity" and maybe someone will realize that the way to get over this is to get as many people exposed to the virus as possible so we can build up antibodies to it. That's why we get flu shots.... You know, where they inject you with.. "the flu" so you can build antibodies against that strain. Poor city management. Poor tax utilization. Misaligned monetary priorities.
Today my water mistakenly got turned off because they thought we had an irrigation system that had already been disconnected. I went to the waterworks office and before I could even get back home they were there turning my water back on. I am so grateful that they went out of their way to handle my concerns quickly. Yes, they made a mistake but with taking care of 25,000 residences and probably over 2000 irrigation systems, mistakes will happen. What matters is that you are a kind and give excellent service. BIG heartfelt thanks to Damian who rescued an abandoned stray baby kitten from the water drain pipes on the evening of Friday 8/16/19. The kitten is a sweetie pie doll baby and is so thankful she was saved! Thank you so much for your help Damian, after a long day of work. 😻

We’ve lived here for 15 years and have never felt more at home. The schools are amazing and the people are friendly. We love Nixa! ❤️
We moved here because of the school system and the people and the town is a huge bonus, I love the small town atmosphere. The people here are wonderful and I love the pride in this little town.
