I just completed an extraction of a front tooth that was on a metal post. Shawna did a fantastic job explaining the procedure to me prior to starting. Dr John also explained the procedure to me and I was totally comfortable going into the scheduled 3 hour procedure. Dr John and Shawna worked very harmonisly through the extraction - being sure that I was comfortable. A 5 rating isn't enough for my experience -- I give them a 10+!! Highly recommend!
