Nixa Meadows was a good community atmosphere. The people were very warm and kind. Cynthia was a great manager and any issues that arose she had maintenance address in a timely manner.
The manager there is simply the best! She is great with the people. The apartments are super clean . It’s the best I found. Give it a try.
I moved in here after selling my home, after i had major surgery. I just needed a place closer to sfld to heal and get back on my feet. When I first moved in the rent was 700. They sold the property and went to a traditional rental. The last year I was there I went month to month, my rent increased to 875. Managent does shady stuff, they have been know to have a tenet sign a new year lease with an increae in rent, then come back a month later and say the rent stated in the singed lease was not correct, they then had the tene... read more
