I moved in here after selling my home, after i had major surgery. I just needed a place closer to sfld to heal and get back on my feet. When I first moved in the rent was 700. They sold the property and went to a traditional rental. The last year I was there I went month to month, my rent increased to 875. Bell Mgt is a poor excuse. I wouldn’t live here tho I do. The only good thing about this place is most of the neighbors are good. Some not so good. It makes me sick to live here. In the beginning it was income based. Not any more. They charge $775 a month and it’s mostly seniors. Now our rent will go up $50 a year until they have reached the desired amount of rent and NOT have any amenities except for paid utilities. That in itself is a blessing.
