Nixa Mini Storage has been a wonderful storage experience. It is always clean and approachable. However, when entering the gate there are several hazardous large potholes as you drive up to the entrance box to enter your password. Also there has been a fee increase each year the new owners have had the business. There were never yearly increases with the previous Branson owner with over 5 years of storage with him.
I had used a small storage unit and they were very cooperative and affordable for my needs. Payments were easy and hassle free and my items that were stored in the unit were kept safe from water damage
