Poor service, bad attitude – I'm very disappointed with the level of customer service. The manager was very rude about payment, wouldn't accept payment over the phone and demanded I pick up my car immediately. What company in 2012 doesn't accept credit card payment over the phone?? When I picked up my car he had a real smart ass comment to make about my audi and mocked me saying "Well I was considering getting and audi for my daughter, I'm sure glad I didn't". avoid this place – I guess location should have alerted me as to the quality of the service. I had the unfortunate luck of having this place recommended for my repairs by an adjuster. I will be brief. I was diagnosed and told $480.00 for repair and paid it. Now I have more noise's coming from steering than before, and the original problem of the steering not returning to neutral is still not repaired. I can change parts all day I needed a mechanic. Underground alignment machine is the best in Orlando – I had my 1999 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 aligned at Nix and Black after being turned away from The Magic Mechanic and Firestone. For less than $100, I received an alignment that would've cost me twice as much at David Maus Toyota. The price was very reasonable given my car's aftermarket shocks, lowering springs, and coilovers, body kit, and plus two, staggered wheel and low profile tire combination.

Honest service; solid work; reasonable prices – I've been going to Nix & Black for at least 20 years. They are honest and do great work -- only people I trust. Owner has also given me some good reference for other automotive repair shops. Good business people usually recommend other good businesses!
