I used Niwaki Tree Service and am happy with the service and the price. I live in Lancaster and had several companies give me an estimate but would never return to do the job. Niwaki came when they said they would and the price was the same as local companies.
Rude receptionist. Have been rescheduled (and not told) at least half a dozen times. After the quote they dropped the ball. Never showed up and never showed up and we have had to call a lot. Too many problems with equipment, scheduling and communicating. Sorry but we are very upset and were looking forward to the good work that had been recommended . do yourself a favor and r u n....
The team was on time, courteous, and did everything they said they would do. Also, the crew cleaned the yard well and left no debris. I highly recommend them for your tree pruning needs.

We used Niwaki Tree Service for our first time and they did a fabulous job! Mr. Dave and Mr. Steve provided a free estimate and were VERY knowledgable. They gave great advice and the tree removal process went exceptionally well. They are great guys with a fantastic team! We are very appreciative of their services and we will use them again. Highly recommend! :)
