A regular workout has been part of my life for over 35 years, so I have seen a lot of gyms. Nitro takes first place, with a large variety of classes to choose from and professional motivating instructors. New types of equipment and innovative classes that you might not find in other gyms are brought in regularly. One of the things I miss most when I am away is having Nitro to work out at.

Love the gym- I bought a few training sessions with Heather to change up my routine, and I’m hooked! My two young kids also love the Kids Club- it’s very clean, there’s a bathroom for them to use, and the staff is always friendly and caring.
