Coming up on my 6 year anniversary with Nitro Flex! An amazing gym with a welcoming and inclusive environment. They offer a wide variety of classes with fantastic, encouraging trainers. The gym itself is clean and the equipment is consistently maintained and updated. Love seeing new machines coming in throughout the year. Seriously...the best gym ever! The instructors are so passionate about their classes, everyone who works there is friendly and makes you feel like you are family. All of the machines are clean, up to date and the locker rooms have all the amenities that a spa would have. Love, love , love this gym!
The best classes for an awesome price! Ona rocks with Zumba! A class with Lisa and Susan will have you sore the next day in places you usually don’t work...and for me Lara, Hailey and Maria are great for yoga and yin...Shannon’s classes are always a great workout...can’t say enough, and even though I don’t have time for spin the instructors are amazing as well!
Love Nitroflex! - Classes are excellent! Clean, close and perfect for any age! Classes in morning and evening - fits everyone’s schedule!
Clean, pleasant and helpful staff; reasonable cost
I took Boot Camp with Beth Helmstetter this morning and all I can say is WOW! She not only took control of a large class but made sure everyone got the one on one attention they needed. Definitely recommend the class & thanks Beth for making me feel the burn!
Great facilities, best in area. Far prefer to others like Y. Super clean, well maintained, & modern.
Love love love this gym!! The staff is super friendly and know your name. The classes are phenomenal. The trainers are so knowledgeable and continue to challenge you each week. The daycare is excellent; my kids look forward to going. The showers and facility is clean...and you cannot beat the price!
