Just took the NitroBarre class for the first time this week with Ana-what a great full body workout! Also just wanted to say Lora at the front is always just the sweetest :) She is an asset to your business!
Love those spin bikes! Never seen anything like them! They added a whole new dimension to spin class! Also loving Pilates with Connie and Cathy is kicking my butt with personal training!
