Just took the NitroBarre class for the first time this week with Ana-what a great full body workout! Also just wanted to say Lora at the front is always just the sweetest :) She is an asset to your business!
Love those spin bikes! Never seen anything like them! They added a whole new dimension to spin class! Also loving Pilates with Connie and Cathy is kicking my butt with personal training!

Everything is great! My teenage daughter loves it too! Love the Nitro Barre class on Tuesday evening. Wish you would add more at 5 or later
Awesome gym. Great staff and so many wonderful classes. Locker rooms are really clean and nice. So glad we joined.
