We worked with Nitin to sell our home. He did an outstanding job guiding us through every step especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. He presented a thorough analysis of our property and CMA. After my divorce, I was nervous about the process of buying another home. We relocated from Southern California to the Dallas/Fort Worth area and was referred to Nitin from a realtor friend of ours in California. We have an adult son with a disability which makes moving very difficult for us.
