We have been watching youtube videos of new construction home tours by Nitin in DFW area and found Nitin very knowledgable in this area.In this current market we were worried if we would get the house because of multiple offer situation. Nitin communicated well with the sellers agent and helped us make the right offer that the sellers would accept. Nitin will be on top of the things through out the buying process until closing. I would highly recommend Nitin to a friend who is either buying or selling a house.
