Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? They examined them, but not very thoroughly Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. This dentist was very unprofessional.I would schedule for appointments to only have this dentist have her receptionist call me back days later to reschedule me.This happened each and every time I was scheduled for an appointment..I got the typical call to reschedule again.She is good as far as pulling teeth,which was painless but as far as dentures...she has no professional experience.I told her that my denture was flipping out of my mouth but instead of re-adjusting so my denture would fit better...she stated that- was all ... read more

Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
