Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Would you recommend this OBGYN to others? I Already Have Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was this OBGYN able to answer all of your obstetric or gynecological questions? Yes, they seemed very knowledgeable

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did this provider show attention to detail? I love Dr. Nita Kulkarni. She gave me an awesome and very comfortable experience while I was going through my pregnancy. She is very nice and really cares about her patients. The staff in her office are very welcoming people and everyone understands. I like to go places where every one knows my name and I recommend her to every woman I know.

I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
