All of the nurses that we dealt with was super nice and polite and helped keep my son calm
Nurses were ok. Doctor was nice but would try to help my daughter. Diagnosed her with constipation because he did know what was wrong with her and wasn’t willing to try. So he sent her home she was crying in pain and could barely walk. Had similar experience at Bristol ER. I had to drive to the children’s hospital in Knoxville to find a doctor willing to take the time to get a diagnosis and lay out a treatment plan. Usually I'd give 5 stars, wonderful place for kiddos. My only problem this time around was I told the nurse I talked to a specific problem then asked for a urine. Urine come back 30 minutes before it was told to me and the 1st thing I said to the Dr was the specific thing I told the nurse and it was immediately diagnosed, treated and done.
