The nurses were beyond great but the Dr that saw us was subpar at the most. He acted as if I didn't know what I was talking about with what happened to my son and kept saying "if thats what it was" because he thinks apparently someone can't have a seizure unless it takes them a certain amount of time to speak afterwards. The treatment was bare minimum and literally only his vitals were taken and his ears checked. We sat in a room for 2 hours with no information as to what we were waiting for. We went in around 8 and got home by 10:30. Quickest trip we have ever had in an ER. Staff was thorough in diagnosing my son’s illness and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in what was a very stressful night.
I will come here everytime!!! The nurses there are so so so sweet and CARING not just about the needs for your child but making sure you completey understand everything that's about to go down in one of the toughest moments as a parent. Nurses you guys are doing amazing 👏
