Service department is horrible, my 2011 ram 1500 has been in there service since OCTOBER it is now March. I would never recommend there service department to anyone, not only have I had 5 customers service representatives help me due to illness, had one (martin) fired for lying to us as customers, told me my truck was stuck on a lift which never took place. I call the dealership for a while week to get no answers or status on my vehicle. Do not waste your time or money at this dealership service department

The staff were excelent, I had excellent coustmer Service, the manager really nice even we didn't have a deal still came and give a hug I found that amazing.

Dealership is gone! Completely gone! I had to drive myself all the way over there bc I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. Their phone message states they are closed due to Covid but are taking appointments and to leave a message. I’ve left 7 messages and no call back! I called Nissani Chevrolet and they said the dealership was closed and that they are not affiliated to Nissani jeep.
