Don't get caught in the Whitey's mucus trail! My mother brought her car here for its periodic check up. She was told it required over $900 in repairs including new brakes (which were re-done fairly recently). She then took her car to our family mechanic who couldn't find anything wrong with the brakes at all and charged her $200 for the services the car actually needed. We took our Volvo XC90 to be serviced at this dealership in mid-February after seeing an intermittent service light indicating a brake failure. After what seemed to be an excessively long time to diagnose the problem, it was recommended that we replace 2 electronic modules. $2,800 later, the problem still existed.
