Tengo un nisssan, ayer fui a preguntar un repuesto a la sección de parts, el señor que atiende ahí muy mal, no me dio la atención que necesitaba, le tocó a un cliente ayudarme porque el señor no le dio la gana de explicarme yo habiéndole dicho previamente que porfavor me explicara, no se porque son así con los latinos y lo peor es que no he podido arreglar mi carro y vivo de eso, uno llega con buena actitud y creyendo que lo van a ayudar y lo que recibe son malos tratos y actitudes racistas…no vayan lástima que no hay más
Manager was very rude, he made it seem like Nissan is not responsible for putting out a dangerous vehicle that needs a recall, he refused to acknowledge the inconvenience is causes and the danger it puts the customer in. I will be contacting corporate.
Service department didn’t even let me finish asking what I needed before he said wrong department and hung up on me.
