RecommendedThe service department is is great, especially the body shop. They get you in fast but my biggest complaint is why this dealership doesn’t have loaner vehicles if they require you to leave your vehicle for more than a day? Other dealerships there in Del Rio have them and I chose Brown Nissan because it’s close to home but maybe driving to a bigger city like San Antonio isn’t a bad idea if they offer you something while your vehicle gets fixed. Other than that, the staff is great and so is the service.
