I had a great experience with Marcos. He gets the "5". Got us just what we wanted and made it happen in minutes. Excellent customer service from him. The WORST was from their finance guy Julio Gomez. The rudest person I have ever dealt with in my car purchasing dealings. I've left upset but with a new car. Guess he was made because we didn't purchase GAP from him or angry because we were going through our own bank. Either way, I have never dealt with such behavior. I hope this gets to the right person.
