RecommendedWent in to cancel an extended warranty on a new vehicle that I purchased in March of this year, was in an accident and my vehicle was totaled. i didn't have money to put down to purchase another vehicle and my rental days were almost up. They helped me walk out with another 2019 Nissan Altima the same color as the previous one which is my favorate color, no money down and less interest rate. Very satisfied on the truck my dad got. 2018 Nissan Frontier 4x4. I recommend going here. Talk to Mario Ruelas, he helped us out a lot. I appreciate him and the fiancé lady for helping out my father. They made us feel welcomed.

Worst customer service ever. Service Department does not care about their customers. My vehicle has been having issues and Service Department was supposed to contact me back. This was since October 29, 2018. I called the dealer on November 13, 2018 to follow up and they said they are waiting for Nissan mechanic. Today is December 27, 2018 and still Nissan of Visalia has not follow up. Worst freaking place ever!!! You just lost a loyal customer!!!
I enjoyed their great customer service. I first bought my vehicle with Nissan: 2007 Titan (I still have it.) Then I bought my second Nissan vehicle: 2015 Rogue ( I still have it as well for out-of-town travel.) I am looking forward for the 2018 Nissan Altima... I am hoping what incentive you can work with me when I will make an appearance at Nissan of Visalia in the end of January. My question is: What can you work with me with an incentive???
I purchased my last two vehicles (a Juke and a Maxima) from Nissan of Visalia and i'll be back when i'm ready for number three. Can't say enough about their sales and service departments. Five stars ain't enough!
