I purchased a car from Nissan last year, at the time I purchased a warranty. When I refinanced my loan this year I canceled the warranty and purchased a better one through my new lender. I have spent almost 2 months trying to get the refund for my canceled warranty, leaving multiple messages and sending emails. I have received the run around through email and have not received a return call. I went in on Saturday and spoke to an employee, they promised to reach out on Monday, we have not heard back. Had an issue with the A/C not blowing thru the cabin very well, seemed like the fan wasn't pushing like it should. They changed out the ten month old Cabin air filter and it works much better now. Had the vehicle in for A/C actuator replacement three weeks earlier ($1,500). Why wasn't the cabin filter checked or replaced then? Also the Cabin filter is behind the glove box. Employee wearing star wars mask is extremely rude. I said hello how are you and got ignored like I was a piece of garbage. Long time loyal customer here and I have had enough of people ignoring me and playing games everytime I want to get into a new vehicle. I dont care if you are having a bad day. Don't come to work and treat people like they are nothing.

Very disappointed with their service department. Made an appointment to have a code reading. Even with an appointment, it took them two days just to read a code. Then i paid for a part so they could order it. I was told it would be no later than a week, and that they would call me when it arrives so I can bring my car back in. They never called me! They were of horrible help. I was the one that had to keep calling for updates just to know what was going on. I was the one who had to call them to find out if my part had arrive... read more

You are right, we let you down at every aspect of your visit and for that I am sorry for that. We have processes in place to assure this type of stuff does not happen, but when they are not followed it can be ugly for our customer.
