great sale and better service after the sale.
The way you treat your employees is unfathomable. Cannot believe the way they treated their #1 Salesperson in front of customers! You don’t do that! Someone who was so loyal to you...I definitely will never do business with this shady establishment again.
I’ve watched first hand as the GM cussed his own employees, yelling at them to leave. I recently found out that another employee there that has been loyal for years, was also treated in such a manner. I’ve bought 4 vehicles from Nissan of Silsbee. Their top sales employee became my friend and was treated terribly in the end. Extremely unprofessional and unethical behavior. Shame on them!
Awful, awful management. Shame how they treat their employees... So sad.
Horrible how they treat their staff!!! To know that the owner actually called the local paper and told them if they run a add for a competitors salesperson he won’t do any business with them. SAD!!
After finding out how upper management treated their number 1 employee, I shall never do business with Nissan of Silsbee. If they’ll treat one of their own like that, just imagine how’ll they will treat a customer. Shameful to do that to someone, especially someone who is the only reason they were so profitable and had business..
